Damn today was amazing! I was outside as much as possible, and it didn't feel like enough. So much is in bloom, and I want to capture all of it on film. Here's the second poppy from our little garden:
And here's one of our dozens of daisies (along with a visitor):
A neighbor has planted some really pretty flowers, though I admit I don't know for certain what they are (a type of daisy?):
While our roses haven't bloomed yet (though a couple are getting very close), someone on the Hill has done wonders with some rose vines:
Finally (for now), here are some gorgeous azaleas -- if you look closely on the white ones, you can see speckled streaks of pink:

Great pictures Aaron. I think I should move a bit south!!! We've got dandelions blooming here! Our trees aren't even out in full leaf yet.
I concur with Debbie ... Gee, we must both be Canadian? :) Those are great photos, Aaron - which camera are you using?
The Canadian Tulip Festival (www.tulipfestival.ca) got going on May 5th - and many of the tulips still need to open??? I think I should move south...

Glad you like -- I used my new camera for these photos.
Beautiful!
We had some beautiful blooms here (which I can't take credit for as they were bulbs planted before we bought the house) which have since started to droop and wither; we have a huge lilac hedge which bloomed gorgeously and I still didn't take a picture. Now we have a resident jack rabbit snacking on the flowers, grass and weeds. Our new "wild pet" has the kids' attention and that, of course, is what I have a picture of!!!
It looks like you're enjoying the new camera! Thank you for sharing the pics!
OK, Aaron. I think I want that camera. I'm very unhappy with mine, although I wasn't until I saw those pictures...
