Emelia is so wonderful that people have begun paying to see her. How else to explain that a friend treated Kathy and me to a lovely dinner tonight, while she and her husband babysat? I mean, other than the possibility that the friend is awesome?!

We head to the Outer Banks for a week starting tomorrow, so don't expect much posting in the immediate future.
